"Land is dry and sea is wet. 

The shape of the number "3" represents the meeting point of the land and the sea.

The folded paper shows a shape "c" and it's rotated, it becomes a letter in Burmese language which looks like "ဂ". I find my language alphabets very elegant and eye-catching as they are very circular.
